Is there a Contract?

Nope! Coursie is a month to month service that can be cancelled any time. That being said, we think you're going to love it!

What does onboarding look like?

When you sign up through our checkout page, you'll be granted immediate access to your brand new Coursie account! Then, you'll be taken through a software tour to get started!

Do you have customer Support?

Customer support is big for us! Not only do we have an extensive knowledge base with videos and articles to help you out, but we also have unlimited chat support. At the bottom right of your page, you'll be able to instantly connect with a support representative for help! If you need more help, we also have Zoom support where our team can hop onto a call with you to help you accomplish your specific goal!

Are there any additional costs?

All of these features are included in your membership! That includes website and video hosting! The only additional cost relates to email and text messaging. Here we simply charge for usage. This isn't a money making vehicle for us, so it's no crazy fee! For example, to send a text, it's approx. $.01 per text.

Can you guys build out the system for me?

You bet we can! If you love what our system can do for you, and you'd like our help to build out your business within COURSIE, you can hire our team as your "Account Executive." Email [email protected] to learn more.

Are there refunds?

Yes, we offer a 14 day performance based refund. If you complete our onboarding call, then decide it's not for you in that time you'll be given a refund - the transaction fee. Because there's no contract, we don't offer refunds beyond that point. If you no longer desire our service, you can simply request to cancel your account, no questions asked.
